Haj Portal
The Islamic Education Centre successfully organized a Hajj Portal from the 1st Zill Hajj to the 14th Zill Hajj. This initiative aimed to provide a helpline and WhatsApp portal for Hujjaj, offering support and guidance during their Hajj journey. A team of expert Muftis was available round the clock to address queries and provide solutions, resulting in approximately 600 questions answered.
Key Objectives:
- 1. To assist Hujjaj in understanding and performing their Hajj rituals effectively.
- 2. To offer a readily accessible platform for Hujjaj to seek guidance and solutions.
- 3. To enhance the overall experience of Hujjaj and ensure a smooth Hajj pilgrimage.
The Hajj Portal was available day and night, ensuring that Hujjaj could reach out for assistance at any time during their pilgrimage. A team of highly qualified Muftis was on hand to respond to the queries of Hujjaj. Their expertise in Islamic jurisprudence was instrumental in providing accurate and reliable guidance. The use of WhatsApp as a communication platform made it convenient for Hujjaj to send in their queries, share images, and receive guidance seamlessly. Over the course of the Hajj period, approximately 600 questions were received from Hujjaj. These questions ranged from Hajj rituals, Fiqh matters, to logistical concerns. The Muftis provided personalized responses and solutions to each query, ensuring that Hujjaj received guidance tailored to their specific needs. The support and guidance offered through the Hajj Portal contributed to a smoother and more spiritually enriching Hajj experience for the participants.
