Seminar on Personality Development in an Islamic Perspective

Islamic Education Centre organised a one day seminar on "Personality development in an Islamic perspective" on February 20, 2022 at Hotel Town House. The seminar focused on the development of personality of our generation through the teachings of our peaceful religion Islam and our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions

Haj Portal

The Islamic Education Centre successfully organized a Hajj Portal from the 1st Zill Hajj to the 14th Zill Hajj. This initiative aimed to provide a helpline and WhatsApp portal for Hujjaj, offering support and guidance during their Hajj journey. A team of expert Muftis was available round the clock to address queries and provide solutions, resulting in approximately 600 questions answered.

Visit to the War Memorial [Republic Day]

Republic Day holds immense significance in India. On this day, the Indian Constitution came into effect, marking the transition of India into a sovereign republic. The day is celebrated with parades, cultural events, and patriotic fervor, reminding citizens of the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution. Republic Day is celebrated with great enthusiasm in India every year on January 26th 2023 to honor the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1950. This year, the students of Islamic Education Centre in Pune had a unique opportunity to visit the War Memorial at Southern Command, Pune, to witness the flag hoisting and pay tribute to the sacrifices of our armed forces.

Visit to Lashkar Police Station [Independence Day]

Independence Day is a time for every Indian to reflect on the country’s progress, remember its history, and renew their commitment to the principles of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity. It’s a day when the entire nation comes together to celebrate the spirit of freedom and unity. Independence Day is a day that resonates deeply within every Indian’s heart. This year on the occasion of 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a grand celebration marking the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence was a momentous occasion that brought the entire nation together to commemorate its rich history, culture and achievements. The 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was a moment of great significance, fostering unity and patriotism among the Indian population. This celebration not only paid tribute to the heroes of the past but also inspired the citizens of today to work towards a brighter and more inclusive future for India. The Amrit Mahotsav was a reminder that the spirit of freedom and democracy continues to be the guiding force for the nation as it moves forward towards future.

Ramzan Events - Ration Kit Distribution

Ramazan with all of it's numerous blessings presents the youth with some productivity challenges. One such challenge is trying to maximise time while engaging in productive activities that will bring the best rewards from this special month. Islamic Education centre provided with opportunities to find simple ways of leveraging fulfilling activities to help students grow spiritually, mentally, socially & physically as a productive youth & leader in the Ummah

The Islamic Education Centre was truly honored to host the distinguished guest, Maulana Umrain Mehfooz Rahmani (Secretary, All India Muslim Personal Law Board). His visit was a momentous occasion for the students, as he provided invaluable guidance and inspiration. The visit commenced with a warm and heartfelt welcome, as the Director and students of the Islamic Education Centre extended their hands in greetings to him.
